We are a full service, one-stop title company. We do not use an outside search company or mobile closers to complete our work and close your loans. If you have any questions about your transaction, contact us! You will not have to wait on a call back from a different office in order to get your answer!
Searching
When choosing a title company you should expect a company to be familiar with the area and have the knowledge on how to look at the records. We use our in house records combined with physically searching the records at the courthouse in order to complete your title search accurately and within a timely manner.
Results
When choosing a title company you should expect a company to pick up the phone or answer an email when you have questions. We do not use automated answering services and we do not have to call another location or office in order to get you answers. You will deal directly with our office staff throughout your transaction and we will return your calls and emails.
Closing
When choosing a title company to do your closings you should expect a company to have the knowledge of the laws and to be able to walk you through the closing process. We use our continuing education and experience to help you sort through the process and the paperwork in order to make your closing go as smooth as possible.
